***OLD RULES***

Scheduling Rules

• All games are scheduled for 9pm EST every Sunday.  If asking for a reschedule and the opposing team cannot/will not, the match will be held at the official time.  Any team unable to attend forfeits the match. 

• During all Sunshine League games all teams must use the Sunshine League Discord Voice channels. 

• No all chat during in game unless a pause has accord.  

• If no reschedule is made and the game was not started 1 hour after start time the match is forfeited by the team without a 5-man roster.

• Teams must submit their roster (including player positions) 1 hour prior to the scheduled match.  If failed to do so opposing team may have side selection.

In Game/Post Game Rules

• ProDraft will be default for matchmaking. The captains of both teams can agree to opt-out, but otherwise it is default. ProDraft can be buggy at times, so if there’s an issue with it (e.g. accidentally locking the wrong champion, freezing up, etc.), it can be reloaded and resumed.

• All games are played tournament draft on Summoners Rift. 

• Each team may pause the game twice for a total of 30 minutes if lag or DCing occurs.  No other reason is valid.

• No all chat during in game unless a pause has accord.  When un-pausing confirm with both teams that they are ready.  

• Once a match has finished, a screen shot must be uploaded to the Sunshine League Discord under "Game Results" by the winning team.​

League Ranks and Rosters

• Each team may have a max of 10 players.

• All players must be ranked in Solo/Duo and have their accounts level 75 or higher.

• Only a single player on a roster while in game may be ranked Plat I.  All other players must be ranked Plat III and lower.

• No player on a roster may play or sub for any other team in the league.

• Players may be added to teams rosters until week 15.

• Any player that leaves a roster may not play for any other team in the current season.

Smurfing

Any reports of smurfing will be investigated by the league admins and the following punishment can be handed out:

• Team banned from the league​.

• Smurfing player banned from the league and all team wins with that player will be reversed to losses.

• Teams can have playoff restrictions for the following seasons.

• Disqualify your team from the Sunshine Showdown Grand Tournament.

At the end of the day we are all low-elo players wanting fair and fun competition.  But if there is a smurf in our league we will act on it accordingly.
